(1)带电对高压计量箱查看或在二次回路上进行丈量时，应由两人进行，并注意人体与带电设备的安全间隔。

(2)带电丈量与作业时(在二次回路)应戴绝缘手套，运用绝缘工具。

(3)制止在运转中的电流互感器二次回路上开路作业。

(4)一般高压计量箱未装失压记录仪，当电能表失压时无法确定时间，对追补电量时带来一些困难。因而，每隔1～2月要对高压计量箱的电压互感器的熔断器进行一次查看、丈量，雷雨时节应增加查看丈量次数，以便及早发现与解决。

When the power meter loses its voltage, the time cannot be determined, which brings some difficulties to the power recovery. (5)当发现高压计量箱故障异常时(包含二次回路失压、失流、电能表毛病等)，应告诉用户参与核实，以防止追补电量时带来的纠纷。

(6)每次查看与丈量和试验时，都要有记录，以便与运转历史记录正常数值进行比较。
