真空断路器所接电气设备绝缘电阻测量操作原则:
Operating Principles for Measuring Insulation Resistance of Electrical Equipment Connected with Vacuum Circuit Breakers:
核对确认测量设备>将设备断路器转至冷备用核对>确认测量设备后柜门>按兆欧表使用规范依次测量出线侧A相对地、B相对地、C相对地，AB相间、AC相间、BC相间绝缘值，并记录好。
Check and confirm Measuring Equipment > Transfer equipment circuit breaker to cold standby check > confirm measuring equipment rear cabinet door > Measure line side A relative ground, B relative ground, C relative ground, AB phase, AC phase, BC phase insulation value in turn according to megohm meter usage specification, and record well.
如若发现异常，不得对设备送电；绝缘值合格的，按倒闸操作票要求将断路器投至要求状态。
If any abnormality is found, no power shall be sent to the equipment; if the insulation value is qualified, the circuit breaker shall be put into the required state according to the requirements of the switching operation ticket.
电气设备进行绝缘值测量时的注意事项：
Cautions for insulation measurement of electrical equipment:
1、确认测量设备，防止误入带电间隔；
1. Verify the measuring equipment to prevent incorrect entry into the live interval;
2、设备开关必须在冷备用状态时才允许测量，测量前确认设备回路上无人工作；
2. Equipment switches must be allowed to be measured only when they are in cold standby state. Before measurement, it is confirmed that no one is working in the circuit of the equipment.
3、测量前对设备充分放电，防止设备残留电荷伤人
3. Fully discharge the equipment before measurement to prevent the residual charge of the equipment from hurting people.
4、按兆欧表使用规范进行测量（包括表的电压等级选择、表的好坏判断、操作规范、测量后的放电规定等）；
4. Measure according to megohm gauge (including selection of voltage level, judgment of gauge's quality, operation specification, discharge regulation after measurement, etc.).
5、按规定佩戴好绝缘手套，测量时注意和带电设备保持安全距离；

测量前务必确认出线侧，防止电源侧、出线侧混淆，测量时兆欧表“E端”应接在配电柜地线排或接地良好的金属柜上。
