我国自20 世纪60 年代开始真空开关的研究工作。经过近 30 年的努力, 我国已成为真空开关生产大国, 真空开关生产水平已成熟。目前, 我国已有 132 家企业可以生产真空开关,其中年产量在10000 台以上的企业有6 家,真空断路器的型号有 100 多个。2005 年共生产 12kV 真空断路器约 30 万台,40.5kV 真空断路器约 2.4 万台。我国的真空断路器产品品种包容了世界上几个知名公司的产品,如西门子的 3AF 、3AG 、3AH 系列,ABB 公司的 VD4 系列, 日本东芝公司的 VK 系列, 日本三菱公司的 VPR 系列等, 产品的性能和主要技术参数以接近或达到国际先进水平。我国真空断路器技术已取得一些技术的进步: Our country has been working on vacuum switch since the 1960s.
